How to build a link-in-bio page that actually converts

Your link-in-bio page has one job: turn a curious visitor into a fan, follower or customer. Yet most pages are an unsorted wall of identical buttons. Here is the framework we see top creators use on LinkHub.

1. Lead with one primary action

Decide the single most valuable action a visitor can take and make it your first, featured link. Featured links on LinkHub render larger and highlighted — use that for your newest release, product or newsletter.

2. Describe every link

A bare URL tells visitors nothing. Every link card on LinkHub supports a one-line description. Explain what they get when they tap: “Free LUTs pack — no email required” converts better than “freebies.com”.

3. Keep the design calm

Minimal themes consistently outperform busy ones. Pick a clean template, one accent color, and let the content breathe. You can always switch themes later without losing content.

“After restructuring my page around one primary action, my newsletter signups doubled in three weeks.” — Sara M., motion designer

4. Measure and iterate

Open your Insights tab weekly. Look at referrer sources first — if Instagram drives 80% of visits but nobody clicks, your first link is the problem, not your traffic.
